Probably a stupid question but do we know if the dumbbell program will be available on the 1st for all countries ir would it be the 1st US time

Sleigh the scale is officially done ! Although I can’t see a massive change appearance wise just yet I have officially lost 6kg since starting and successfully established a routine of exercise and eating clean these past weeks, while working working the grave yard shifts I have managed to still find time to do the thing and improve my sleep, can’t wait for the new dumbbell program that starts in the new year and aiming to be under 80 when completing that :) start weight 90.2kg- current 84.2.

6kg down total aiming for 80kg or close too by end of week 4 ( currently sitting at 84kg)

Sleigh week 2 done keen for week 3 looking at what program to follow next, any body got some solid results doing shredded ninja and have any advice how they got the best results out of it?

Mind the emotionally dead look (grave yard shifts. Kill) but sleigh day 1 week 2 smashed! Keep grinding fam keen to see everyone’s results at the end !

Week 1 down! Loving the challenge, so far I’m very bad at skills so substituted a lot of the tricks for regular bounce and did day 5s ladder using my 1 pound and boy do I feel it

Day 3 of sleigh slayed probably the most mentally challenged I’ve been in a workout
Amino acids ✅
Work meal prepped ( frozen fruit salad) ✅
Now time to recover with an ice bath, and sleep for the graveyard shift ( currently 10:54am)
Keep smashing goals and having fun every one 💪

Hey guys I been trying to work on my boxer skip. I been following dans tutorials and am fairly new to the technique. I was just wondering if you have any advice, just been working on alternating the bounce with the lazy taps with out the rope
