I just ordered 12 pound DBs. The 10’s are too light and the 15’s are too heavy for my left arm. It is like the 3 Bears. 😂

Great question! Once yrou AMP Handles are paired in-app you will be able to check your AMP Battery level. You're certainly welcome to allow them to run out of charge fully if needed, however, we suggest fully recharging your AMP Battery when the Battery level shows 20% or less for the best experience.
