I have the amp handles and it is one of the best purchases I have made. It connects with my Apple Watch- I use the CrossRope app on my phone - it records heart rate, rotations of the amp handle (jumps) and other things. I really love knowing how many jumps I made. The app beeps at each 100th jump.

I lean Forward

I am 53 and I am post menopausal (I don’t know if that is the correct way to say it LOL!πŸ˜‚) I think doing HIIT workouts is wonderful for our minds and bodies.

Me too!!

I just ordered 12 pound DBs. The 10’s are too light and the 15’s are too heavy for my left arm. It is like the 3 Bears. πŸ˜‚

I need to practice running in place!! When it is time to sprint, I switch my feet back and forth as fast as I can go
