Yesterday I sabotaged myself. I was stressed so I went to the fridge and got out some cheese bread. It wasn’t very good but I heated it up and ate half of it. I planned to do a workout but then I had errands to do and pick up dinner. Instead of doing a workout I laid in bed scrolling.

This morning I was stressed but I got workout clothes on and found a short workout on the Crossrope app. So much better now.

Push Up Program W2D1 done!!!
Elevated push ups and I jumped one full minute 1 time. Like Joe said it is only up from here!
