Back when I first started and could not do Double Unders, I just did Jump Rope Run in Place as fast as I could. You could try that, or Regular Bounce as fast and as hard as you could instead.

Tabata workouts (20 seconds work/10 seconds rest) are great for that sort of thing for sure

I'm 2/3 through and just did the first workout of Month 3 today! As far as my impressions go--the changes in strength were not quite what I expected, but like Dan said in some of the videos you gotta go to the gym and hit the weights to build muscle. My main goal is burning fat and excess weight anyway, and judging by how loosely fitting my clothes are getting, it's working.

Belly always seems to be the most stubborn for fat to come off for me too. Stay with it. Hope you will enjoy Month 2 as much as I have been enjoying it :)

Same deal with me, Joe (I just did Week 2, Day 1 today). I think it's a good sign that it's not as tough as the first time through. Hopefully it also means the legs won't be as sore tomorrow :)

I just started Month 2 this week. I wasn’t expecting the DOMS (Delayed-Onset Muscle Soreness) from the first workout to last for 3 days 😅Those jump squats and lunges killed my legs more than expected
