Back when I first started and could not do Double Unders, I just did Jump Rope Run in Place as fast as I could. You could try that, or Regular Bounce as fast and as hard as you could instead.

1 minute Double Unders? I have trouble doing them for 30 seconds straight. Guess I’ll just break it up between sets of doubles and run in place in-between for the minute length, haha 😛
