Hey dudes! Time for an overdue checkin …. I have decided to opt out of the January challenge. I am just too occupied right now with moving both ourselves and our son, and caring for my wife. Doesn’t mean I’m not doing the thing however! I just can’t commit to the rigors of a challenge. Doing my own things with my fav Crossropes most days. Have a great day all!

TBT Challenge D3 is complete. Are people going straight through the weekend or are we taking our usual active rest days? Not sure what I’m doing yet. Have a great weekend!

Happy New Year JRD athletes! What a great start to the day and 2025 with Day 1 of the TBT Challenge. As has already been said, a seemingly simple WOD can be very effective and exhausting! Loved it as I’m sitting here dripping sweat all over my JR mat. 😅

Don’t know if I qualify to wear this awesome hat! I have finally finished week 2 of month 1 of JRDMax. My life has not been my own the past week what with moving a kid back to Ottawa from Toronto, picking myself for our upcoming move, getting ready for Christmas and post su gical care of my wife! Enough of excuses, but I did get it done! Looking forward to Monday! Have a great weekend all!

Really needs my hydration today with the JR ladder of JRD90 M1W2D2. My week last week was a Los for me …. I had a knee injection for my arthritis that kept me from jumping for a few days so I started M1W2 over again yesterday. Today I am more than glistening!😅

JRD90 M1W1 is finished! Had fun with the push-up ladder but got all 156 of them done, in form. Had to sacrifice a bit of jumping for this result but made up for it n
By jumping an extra 500 after the workout. Was great! Have a terrific weekend all!

JRD90 W1D3 done. Like I said earlier, I haven’t done pull ups or chin ups in a long time so I was not able to make 50 chin ups in the allotted time. What I did was 20 chin ups and 30 pushups. It will be fun to see how this changes over the next few weeks of M1. Have a great day!
