…. But it is not over. This has been the best month of 5 WODs that I’ve experienced, despite the DUs! 😂Today I was just so enjoying it that I did a full extra round of the body weight jumping portion. Great job with this one Dan! Can’t wait for Monday to start M3! Have a great weekend all!

“I’m not gonna lie ta ta” ….. but I still don’t really like double understand. 😂 I am improving each time but despite that, I really like this JRDM M2. Everyday is fun! Thanks Dan!

JRDM M2D2 is done for the last time (at least for this time around). I love how these “simple” looking cardio jump days always get me in the zone. 😅

Last week of month 2 already. I have really enjoyed this month.

Question for Dan ….. are you learning to knit? I listen when you say that learning to jump rope is like learning to knot. Just curious. 😂 Also, don’t know if it’s just me, but I find myself talking to Dan a lot during g these workouts. Should I be worried?

Sad day, I had to retire my favourite 3 oz rope ….. it did it’s job but was starting to gouge up my matt. Great EMOM day; I’m consistently getting 5-6 DU per set now so I’m happy!😅

I think that Wednesday is my favourite day this month. For me it’s a great mix of jumping and body weight, and most of all, I can do everything! Though I’m only up to 4 PU and CU per set. Have a great one!

Wow, already at week 3. I’m really enjoying this program and am really pumped to see the big success of everyone. I will share my positive outcomes when finished but for now, things are going very well. Been listening to Dan harping on about nutrition and by following the advice, I’m seeing significant change! Let’s all keep at it, doing the thing!

I’m at the lake today so I got to jump outside! I love it! You can see that the mat got a little wet. Also, with my foot healing, I feel that Dan is talking to me whenever he says “If you can only do regular bounce, that’s ok” but today I was also able to do run in place, so things are improving. Have a great day all!

Well, my foot isn’t any better so I just went ahead and did my WOD. The foot is no better or worse than last week, I just can’t do any single leg jumping. So for now I’m stuck with regular bounce and as long as I can workout, that’s ok! I love doin the thing'
