I’m bummed out today because I can’t jump. 😭 I made it through the first week but somehow hurt my left foot on the weekend. Now it needs to heal so I figured no jumping was best for now. 🤨

Wow, firsrt JRD EMOM with Dan! What a burner! And my old nemesis DU’s! I managed to do 5 DUs each minute but my goal will be to do 10 each set by the end of the month. Have a great day all!

What a WOD! All I did was mess up today. I haven’t done as badly since I don’t know when but like Doug says, we had fun! 😂😅 Doin the Thing!

I’ve made it to JRDM M2. I like the change after 4 weeks of the same workouts and looking forward to all that this month has to offer (I think! 😂). Any suggestions for a sub for lunges?  My arthritic knees and toes can’t take it so I just did more jumping squats.

I made it back for W4 of month 1. Can’t believe I’m here already. I was away in Toronto last week but did manage to get a lot of cycling and jumping in. This week is also the 9 oz rope week so there is lots of glistening and shimmering going on!  😅😂😅

Done!  Sure gets harder with the incremental rope weight increase I have been doing. Had my shoulders on fire today finishing off the week with the ½ lb jump rope push up ladder!  Awesome!

Great day!  I surprised myself today and did all 50 chin-ups without assistance!  That’s right, no bands, all from standing. Next step will be from hanging but I’ve set a new bar for myself!  What a great feeling!  Have a great day!

JRDM M1W3!  Can’t believe week 3 is here already. And since it is week 3, I have bumped up the rope weight again to ½ lb this week. Went great for day 1. Have a great one doing the thing!

Got my workout on the lake today. Had a great upper body and ab workout paddling in my kayak for a couple hours. A great start to the day!
