Had a slow week due to a nasty winter cold. But today I finished off week 8 and am feeling pumped! Week 9, here I come! Keep doing the thing and have a great week!

And thank God! 12 X 1 min of 1 lb jumping is a lot for me but I did it! The 30 sec reprieves of 1/4 lb jumping was very welcome! It was a great day to do the thing with orange and purple! Have a fantastic weekend everyone!

Had fun today with the 2lb rope but that did not help any with the 150 push-ups after the skipping! Do the thing yall!

Hrww we at start to the day with a gazillion push-ups and pull-ups! Then I got to go skiing again in perfect conditions! I love doing the thing, everyday!

Been out of action the last week but will be back doing my SS program on Thursday. I had to stop taking my pain meds a week ago for a procedure that was done yesterday. I just can’t jump or turn a rope with my arthritis without pain meds. 😥. Good thing is that I have a wok around and can still enjoy doing the thing!

I love jumping with my Performance ropes so much that I sacrificed an extra ounce and used my 9 oz rope instead of the half pound. Push ups done as a 10 unit EMOM of 90 sec. Now I’m off to ski for a few hours. Life is tough doing the thing! 😂🤣 ⛷

😂 I just have to laugh when I see WODs like todays. 30 squats in 30, 15 burpees in 30 …. 🤣 I continue to do my best but I’m a realist; I’m not going to get there, especially with burpees! Have a great day!

Finished off week 5 today and am feeling good! WOD was so much better today cause I got to use my new JRD bottle filled with JRD Aminos! Have a great weekend everyone!

Great workout today; progress is being made. 😅 I had to laugh though when it came to the 125 push ups at the end and 30 sec was allocated! 😂🤣. I know the written instructions are “at your own pace”, but could Superman even do 125 in 30? Papa Joe? I did mine in a 10 min EMOM. Have a great day all, doing the thing!

Can’t believe that I’m on Week 5 of Swole Samurai already! I am noticing improvements already too and that makes me happy. I especially noticed it skiing today after completing W5-1. My legs are much stronger, giving me much more confidence on the slopes! Love Doing the Thing!
