W1D4 done. The double unders kicked my ass. And then I had to go and kick my own ass again with them butt kicks 😂 In all seriousness though, it's been so long since I did double unders and I was amazed I still had them in me. Roll on day 5!! Keep rocking it, everyone!

W1D3 done. My abs were soooooo achey today after D1 but I grinded through 😅

Great workout!! A nice reprieve from the 60sec intervals yesterday!

Done. I found the last set of leg raises a challenge but did my best 🥵 Roll on tomorrow!
