Just completed this program for the 2nd time. It's still the mack daddy, super tough last couple of weeks. Got great results. Get the rest days in and you gotta love your push ups and pull ups!!

Hey dude, also have the garmin watch just upgraded to a better one as my last one got blown off my wrist in a wave!! Anyhow, Garmin do have a jump rope app you can download from there store, which is free. VO2max is primarily your aerobic capacity, the way the watch measures this is through intense and constant aerobic work. Like cycling or running. Jump rope unless you constantly skip for 30 to 45mins (without stopping or doing body weight exercises) it does not give an accurate measure even though we are taxing ourselves.

I am not a fan of running and don't cycle much, however I do play padel tennis, I have found measuring this has helped increase my aerobic measure thus increasing my VO2max score. So I think drop in 1 or 2 sessions of 'other' cardio a week and see how you go.

Hope that helps and happy jumping!
