what stefan said! and there are dozens of shorter workouts on here you CAN do. note -- keto works... until it doesn't. If a life without carbs is okay with you, than go nuts.. but, your body needs carbs and robbing it of carbs won't help you in the long run. Dial in your calories, get consistent and knock out those 20 pounds. Let's goo!
