Heck ya. I break my fast with lunch and aminos. They really help and they are particularly useful for those folks who don't get TONS OF PROTIEN.

What up Jeff?!?! I'm glad you are reaching out. I have a few tips one how I managed shin pain when I used to get it.1) Switch steps - regular bounce destroyed me. Freestyle, not so bad (this forced me to learn and it was cool). 2) A lacrosse ball - mash out your shins/calves/feet/quads and glutes with a lax or softball. Do some youtubing' about "pinning" and spend time being intentional. Note - I listed all of those things because if you're calves are tight your tibialis probably try to compensate (And cause pain). 3) Tibialis raises: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pz70FwVRDJE
