It’s a little uncomfortable (it’s supposed to be), but it’s soooo delicious.
Seriously tho, I reach for what’s available and if cucumber salad, broccoli and dipping is just as easy as chips, I’ll make the right choice :)

Yogurt, fruit and rice cakes with peanut butter (not pictured).
I had breakfast today cause’ I woke up really hungry. You’ll be hungry in a deficit, rhaha normal. But I didn’t want to be miserable so I had 3 slices of Canadian bacon and an egg between an English muffin. 500 cals of nom nom nom that keeps me from eating everything in the cabinets.
No more eating till dinner.

It’s much more than the scale, but I’m down 4 pounds.
Food is a huge part of this and for me, the easiest way to maintain my intake is to cut the crap.
Now I’m not saying I didn’t have a beer and 3 slices of pizza at the concert last night, but I have delicious WHOLE foods prepped and ready to combine a dozen different ways in the fridge.
Like B said: have a plan.
I know today what I’ll eat tomorrow.
I plan on fasting, but sometimes I break early cause I’m hungry.
Daily reminder: eat to support your goals.

Remember, jump rope is intense. Find our balance of being in a deficit, but also fueling your performance.
I like to use Jrd nutrition principles, prep foods in thr fridge then whip up something delish real quick like as I feed the little ones.
What’s working for you?

I’ve been falling behind a little and it’s showing on my body. Feeling good about putting it all back together and crushing some workout along with great meals!

My daughter threw my blender bottle off the deck and broke it so… resourcefulness for the win!!

What you are eating is pretty important. I like to follow the principles in the JRD Nutrition system cause’ skipping meals is easy and so is “prep.”
What are you eating today??
