Heck ya. I like to slow cook a couple pounds of poultry or beef on Sunday, then I freestyle veggies and starches. My wife is outta town and I’m handling all three kiddos so heat and eat is the only way to keep my hand out the cookie jar.

Have to look like this… but I like the consistency and the “cook once - eat many times” method.

Chicken, rice, asparagus, onions, broccoli and homemade teriyaki sauce (brown sugar/soy/sriracha) for a delicious meal around 500-600 cals (I follow it up with some fruit and yogurt for larger meals :)

What’s your go-to meal?

Jump rope is soooooo intense. I remember back in 16’ I set my timer for a minute so I could be cool like these dudes Brandon and Dan that I found on an onnit challenge. I lasted 19 seconds. Stick with WHAT YOU CAN do, add some walks and get consistent! You got this!!
