If I'm being honest... I don't like day 5's workout. I mean, the idea behind it is fine; but it's way too rushed. I think at a minimum you need 30 seconds for the push ups. Even Dan couldn't keep up with the timer!
Anyway, it's the first time I've done the workout because last week I did a 1.5 hour city hike instead. ๐
So far, it's my only negative feedback. ๐ ๐ Otherwise, really liking the program.

Forgot to post yesterday. So this accountability post is for both. Thought about skipping today's workout. Was just being lazy. So I told myself, I'll just do part of the workout, but once I started I had no thoughts about quitting. ๐ช๐ผ #dothething

The ladders are fun especially when you do sprints the last 15 seconds of the 1 minute intervals. ๐ฅ
