Missed checking in for Power Cal W2D3 yesterday. I decided to #dothething for today this morning instead of after work, so that’s W2D3 and W2D4 done.

I almost forgot to check-in, but I completed Power Cal W2D1 earlier today. Two days to recover from week 1 worked wonders!

Is there a breakdown of teeter totter somewhere? Is it known by a different name? I’ve searched, and I didn’t find anything. I need a video tutorial.

Power Calisthenics Week 1 Day 2 done! The fast skip and I need to become acquainted. I see I’ve been very basic with my jumps, but the boxer skip is an old friend.

Power Calisthenics Week 1 Day 1 is done. It sure wasn’t pretty, but it’s done. It’s been a long time since I’ve smacked myself with a rope so frequently. First time for A Frame, and it was kicking my butt along with the rope changes. In the end, I did manage to get through two sets of A Frame without tripping up. I have multiple sets of regular Crossrope handles, so I’m thinking my AMP handles might have to sit out this challenge.
