I must be feeling crazy today because I’m going to revamp my plan for January and join in for Total Body Torch. I know it’s going to be very challenging for me because I haven’t stayed the course since the last challenge. I’ll modify as needed, but I’m going to do it. I’m actually ramping back up on Christmas Day because that’s 180 days before my birthday. I’m committing to 180 days of me for me. I’m committed going forward…committed to all or something and progress over perfection, but I’ll take it 180, 90, or 30 days at a time after that.

Power Cal is done! Congratulations to all who completed it! I didn’t reach my goal of losing 6lbs, but I’m still super proud because I completed the challenge. I definitely could have been stricter with my diet. I wish I had taken measurements b/c I see a difference. I’m still happy with my 1.8 lb and 0.5% bodyfat losses. I have a plan to lose 6 or more pounds between now and December 1st, so I’m not stressed at all.

Power Cal W4D3 is done. I can’t do consecutive double unders (yet) so I increased my jumps per minute for each set of those. I’m determined to finally get it after all these years, so I will be focusing on that skill in November and beyond.

A day late, but nothing short… Power Cal W3D5 is done! This pic has nothing to do w/my workout, but Joe De Luca wanted to see a pic of my classic Crossropes (not sure if that’s what they’re called officially). I have a few more that aren’t in the pic including a 3 lb in its original packaging. I no longer go down the self defeating path of how far along I’d be if I had been consistent all of these years. I’m just focused on my consistency now and looking forward to seeing where I am a week, month, quarter, 6 months, 9 months, and year from now.

Power Cal W3D1 is complete! I’ve been hanging w/JRD since Zen Dude Fitness days. I’ve purchased a few programs over the years, and if I stopped today (which I won’t) I’ve made it further than I have with any of the other programs. I decided months ago that 2025 is mine, but I wasn’t going to wait until then to get started. This challenge was right on time! I’m loving this for me!
