For the third month, I’d like to see full circuits. Ie: full body- 12 shoulder press, 12 bent over rows, 12 dead lifts, 12 curls and 12 tri ext. then :60 sec jump. A week like Is currently set, but full circuits and jump.

Hey y’all! Noob here! 😆 I’m starting with the 90day Weight loss program. I’m not an app whiz, so I’m just wondering where I can locate stretches, mostly for post as I usually kickbox before. Thanks all, and happy jumping!! Terry
