I took a few weeks off to heal my knee up and todays workout was frustrating. I felt like I’m starting from scratch again. That’s okay. I got 10 mins in and some weight lifting in.

Gotta remember to take it slow. I did my best today and that’s what matters! Doing the thing!

So I came down with a little knee injury a few weeks ago. I twisted funny and it hurt to put a lot of pressure on it. So the last 3 ish weeks I havnt jumped just to give my knee some time to relax.

Well I’ve been pain free for over a week. Should I start the JRD 90 back over or pick up where I left off?

I’m leaning more towards starting over I was on week 3.

I can’t believe I’m already on week three of this program! Just to think I did about four weeks worth of simple classes on the Crossrope app, and now I’m doing some really good workouts through the dudes! If you told me three months ago that jump ropeing would take over my life I would not have believed you! But here I am having jump rope for almost 2 months straight!

I am absolutely loving home feeling I’m loving being active pretty much every day!

Get out there do the thing!

You won’t regret it!

I’m doing yesterday‘s workout and today’s workout today! Getting an early jump rope workout in and then later tonight doing a second! Wish me luck

I beat my jump record in this workout! My all-time highest jumps in a session was 1700 and today I hit almost 2100!!! Needless to say my calves are scortching right now!

I’m sure it’s a mixture of the awesome workouts in the increase to a gallon and a half a day but I’ve been sweating through my shirts twice as much as I usually do!

About 500 cal for skipping over 1000 times! I had two days off so i used them to focus on recovery! I came back today feeling better than ever!

So far this program is actually really fun! I love the ladders! I get so many skips in a work out with these letters it’s insane! And I always feel better after I get that workout done! Two days of rest and I’m back at it again on Monday!
