W1D5 complete! Had to do sets of 5 on the pushups because I’ve fell off so badly. Not gonna be discouraged though, great job this week everyone! 💪

Foot injury caused me to fall out of the heavy challenge, but I got to start back building this week so I'm looking forward to this one!

Tweaked my back on day 3 so I didn’t get to finish this week. Resting till Monday for week 4!
