I'm done with day 2.
I'll be brutally honest with you cause I know you don't like half words. So far I am unsatisfied and disappointed. But please allow me to elaborate, Dan.
One of the reasons I follow you and your programs is because of their one on one relationship. Thats what makes me want to put on my shoes and jump; cause I've got a "live" jump rope dude with me sweating my socks off!
You also mention it in week 1 of the dumbell program. You don't have a team behind you; during the workout it's you and me doing the thing.
This program, on the other hand, is a mash up of exercises without any motivation. It's simply you telling me what the next exercise is and when to rest. Nothing different from the workouts in the crossrope app, so what's the added value? On top of that, I can't even listen to my music cause I can't embed it in the app, demotivating me more.
Lastly, the exercises in this program so far are not so different from the jrd max (de-motivating me even more). I hope this improves in the next weeks.
I know that it is not easy to make new programs with full videos every month,so I don't want to sound ungrateful.
Anyway, I hope I can stay motivated for the full program and do the thing.
