Hey there, Dan. I was wondering if you have thought about creating a similar 3 month program to the kettlebell and jrd max but one with dumbell and another with resistance band(s). It would be great, cause like that, one would have a full year of jump rope + resistance training (jrd max + kettlebell + resistance bands + dumbbell).

Downloading videos: anyone else having problems dowoading videos in the jrd app? I am trying on wifi & mobile and the video starts downloading but after around 5 minutes it disappears.
I am using an android phone.

Hey everyone. Asking for weight loss here. Need to lose about 10 kgs and I want to do it by only jumping rope. The question is: at which heart rate should I focus to be on most of the time? I'm reading zone 2 is ideal for weight loss with quick ups and downs in 3 and 4. I assume this is also the whole logic of Dan's routines of jump rope and last 10-15 secs of run in place.
Thoughts on this?

Hi community. I've got a question regarding the JRD aminos on the jump rope dudes store. What is their net weight/how many kgs is the bottle/container? I can't seem to find it anywhere on their site or it isn't mentioned.

I have a question. To lose weight, what is more efficient? To skip fast with the 1/4 rope or skip slower but heavier with the 1/2 rope?
The reason I ask is cause I just finished the jrd max with the 1/4lb and I was thinking of re doing it. I'm not sure if I should try it again with the 1/4 and go for faster skips or upgrade to a weighted vest + 1/2 lb rope with my normal skip speed
