Just finished day 1 of Week 3 in the JRD90. Slowly seeing improvement in my ability to keep up with the workouts. I can’t wait for the day where I can really keep up!! 5 pounds down so far!!

So I just joined JRD and decided to do the JRD90. I haven’t jumped rope like this since I was a kid and I am exhausted 😅 but I’ve been pushing through and hoping to be able to complete a whole session without taking extra time to catch my breath. Now I’m at the 2nd week of the program. I hope to keep it up!
