If I have an office job but I jump rope 3x a week for 30mins and on rest days i go for walks around 5-8k steps am I sedentary or lightly active?

Got quite bored today doing Shredded Ninja legs today. Any tips or advice? Was just going through the motions really, my calf and shin also hurts as well as it was pouring on the way to the gym not sure if that could also be it tho

Been doing the thing now for 2 weeks. Weight slowly going down as well as bodyfat but so is muscle mass :/ I thinks that’s normal tho

Easier than yesterday but damn those 18 mins were not a joke! Probs do W1D3 Monday just because my shoulders are on fire + travelling

Thinking of doing shredded Ninja. Shall I do it with the 1/4 or 1/2lb? As of right now I don’t see there to be any changes of rope

What’s the difference between Shredded Ninja and WOD? They both jump rope and have some sort of calisthenics and endurance workouts
