Interesting! They’re both so similar to me. I feel like I’d pick one of those and then the 1 or 2 pound for that burn* 🤔 The votes are unanimous though- so far all say 1/4 and 1/2! Must be something to it! Thank you!!
Cool! The 1/4 is likely, but also considering the 6oz for freestyle + 1 little heavier 🤔Guess I’ll have to see my suit case weight before the final cut! Lol

Rest is a mind-f&@! You need it but it’s so hard sometimes. I hope you can find peace with this time because it IS important and you’ll be back stronger than ever. Good for you for taking care of yourself!

Body composition but also majorly prioritizing improvements to fitness. (More jumps with heavier ropes with ease, faster more complex moves with speed ropes, longer overall skip sessions. That sort of thing). Thanks for motivating us!!!
