New record with the 1/4 pound rope. I’ll be aiming to get 4K under 30 minutes.

Hey guys, what can I do as replacement for pull ups in this months challenge? I moved abroad and renting a small room, so I cannot train home and in my gym, near the the pull bars there isn’t an area big enough to jump, I was also thinking of ending with some sets of pull ups but I would like to do something on that block πŸ˜… ( I moved to France from Peru, in summer I could train outside and had no problems, in winter it’s impossible for me πŸ₯Ά)

Ohhh, is that the Peruvians or Bolivian Andes? Did you try to jump there? Lack of oxygen can make it hard. Chuyos and ponchos suits you a lot 😁😁
