Guys thank you so much for the nice replies, that helps a lot. I will start with the daily exercices for the next two weeks ten choose one of the two programs :)

Hi everyone !

I hope you're doing well ; I'm super excited to get started with the programs out there and to connect with jumping fellows on the forum.

I'm posting here as I'm strongly hesitating between starting out with the daily trainings, the 90-day Rapid weight loss workout or the Shredded Ninja fat loss program.

I'm aiming at losing weight and it seems like they all sort of serve this purpose, or can at least help in that respect. I was thinking of doing a daily training in the morning and the 90 day rapid loss or shredded ninja in the evening, but I wonder if it might not be a bit too much ?

Any input will be appreciated, thanks in advance :)
