Halllllooo! I’ve been consistently jumping twice a week now for about 2 months but i’m noticing my calf muscles tire out much faster than my cardio. I want to do more days a week but feel i’m a bit limited by how much my muscles can take.

Any tips? or insight on how long it might take to strengthen the muscles there?
