Just finished JRD Month 2 w3 d2. I am a little behind bc I was traveling a lot in May and I did random jump rope exercises instead of the JRD. Now I am getting back on track. How is everyone doing? Do the thing!!

Hi everyone. Sorry I have not been to active in the past 15 days. I went on a vacation and just go back. I have a question. When you guys go on vacations you just keep doing the program you are on it or you do u have a diferente jump hope work out plan just for when you are on vacation ?

Today, for the first time, I tried my new Get Lean rope from Crossrope. My wife surprised me with an early birthday gift. I have to say it is very nice. I was using a low-quality rope, which did pretty well for almost a year, but this rope is just impressive. I was able to jump faster than normal with less effort to spin the rope. I'm still getting used to it, and I made a lot of mistakes during today's workout, but overall, it was a good first impression πŸ˜ƒ

Finished JRD Max month 1 yesterday πŸ’ͺ. Here is my progress before and after starting JRD Max

Belly 36 34.5

Good progress on weight but chest and belly still a slow progress πŸ˜… Looking forward to Month 2! Have a nice weekend everyone. Do the thing!!

Just finished Month 1 W3 D1. At first I thought that repeating the same week for 4 weeks would get boring but so far it has been fun!! Have a nice week everyone. Do the the thing!!

Just finished week 2. This program has been super fun and challenging. I fell sore like when I first started jumping πŸ˜… but feeling motivated after each day. Have a nice weekend everyone πŸ‘πŸ»

Just finished w1 day 4. Fun work out. I definitely felt the burn in my legs and shoulder in the end but I got it done πŸ˜…

Did day 2 today (finished it earlier but forgot to post). What a fun work out. I just learned today how to download the video and watch it offline πŸ˜…. I don’t get internet at my parking garage so I usually use IntervalTimer to do the workout. This was game change for me as I really enjoy following along with the video. I get more motivated and push myself more this way πŸ’ͺ. Enjoy the rest of the night everyone. Do the thing!
