Hi, when you have hard Time doing pull ups, you suggest Hanging or negative pullups, but pull ups with resistance band are good option, since you have différent resistance. IT really help me get back after an injury, i can practice the posture and the full motion but at a lighter /less dangerous weight for my shoulder. When i want to do more i use a band with less resistance.

Hi, i just completed W3, D3 and my shoulder/lats hurt so much on one side that i cannot even do one pull Up. On W2 i was able to do 10 per set. Should a stop training? For this week i decided to do stretching exercices when asked to perform pull Up. Did that happen to one of you guys?
