I would go to the YouTube channel, they have a list of all the jump moves tutorials videos, very well explained, I started from there personally and it helped me a lot!

Added the 1/4 pound rope to both the butt kick and the high knees, and took it to the next level!! I am drenched with sweat 😅

Did this workout as a finisher to my resistance training today, was one of the best compliments to my workout period!

2nd week, was able to keep up withe all prescribed pushups without modification, and no extended rest! Very sneaky workout, and I really love it!!

If you have a dumbbell or a kettle bell, try single arm row, or buy a resistance band, anchor it in a secured area, and pull, that would help you building your back muscles and strengthen your back, then you can move to pull ups . Good luck, and keep doing the things 👍🏼
