I’m in Melbourne too - it’s a 100mb connection and I have no problems with any other streaming services. I think it might be the JRD servers getting hit too hard? Thanks though, Joe! =)

Saturday workouts.

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that on a Saturday (I’m in Australia) your videos keep stopping to buffer. I have to end up using my watch to time the intervals. I had done 18 minutes (according to my stopwatch) and your video had only counted down by 4 minutes. Is there something that can be done. It’s very frustrating as I love doing your follow along videos. Thanks!
