I like using the 60 Day Beginner Challenge as a WOD. Just be sure to do the maximum number of circuits. It has a variety of workouts which keeps my attention.

You go Doug!

Not me. It takes me 1 min to get 1 du😄🥴 but I think if I could do some I would do it like you said. I'm impressed with your 50!

Yes, Constantine, you can't do that very much. But sometimes a few days break gives your body some good recoup time and you do come back stronger. Hey, you didn't quit. That's good!

Ester, I have the same trouble. I can't jump 5 consecutive days. MwF is what I can do right now for physical reasons. I tried to do the Ninja program but got very tired and  discouraged when everyone else was on week 6 and I was still on week 2. I liked the WODs because there was no pressure to finish. I decided I had to get out of the "program" mindset and just treat it like a WOD. After all 3 months is going to go by no matter what. What am I going g to do during that time? I think though, that these shorter programs will be better. Less tiring and discouraging as i won't be that far behind. The plyo will be the first program I have finished. I am looking forward to more. Someday I will do one of the longer programs🙂
