You are right about falling back into old habits. I just learned to workout about 5 years ago and I do still struggle at times with not wanting to. I havebto be at work at 6am so mornings are out for me. I strained my back , had minor surgery, blah blah blah and have just lost momentum. I'm not quitting just wondered what others did when they got off track.
