I am looking for the 60(or 30?) Day beginner challenge. I had it at one time but can't find it now. Can anyone help?

Lindsay you're crazy. I hate the ladders! I did worse on this one.
W2d3 done. I was hoping to keep up with everyone but that's not gonna happen. 😕

I took two days off. Just finished w2d2. Am icing my shin right now. May have to go back to 3 days a week 😔. I could not get a single DU today....grrrr.

I watched Dan's YouTube video where he rates people's jumping form. I think I am too stiff when I jump. Maybe that is keeping my shin splints irritated? Any tips on how to loosen up?

Day 6 done. We liked that one too. My shiny splints are starting to hurt again. I don't want to stop this time. Happy jumping everyone

Week 1 done! I did it. I am very happy! I did decide skip day 4 because I was so flustered. I'll pick it up later. Even though I couldn't seem to get the tricks to flow today I loved this workout. Still struggling with du`s. Think I may have bruised my toes 🥴. Today my shin splints hurt a little. I will rest tomorrow.

So I apologize. I was incorrect. That is not how I ever did an EMOM. I am a bit confused. It says 4 pushup 10 high knees 20 jumps? Please feel free to correct me. I thought my husband was telling me how he did jt not how Dan did it. I didn't look at the workout until today.

Do you know what an EMOM is??
In case there is someone out there, like my husband, who does not know what an EMOM is I am going to try to explain. Because... my husband did the wrong workout today without me. He did the EMOM but he did not know what that was. He did one minute of each exercise every min for the duration! He said it was the hardest workout ever.
So, in this workout, when the first minute starts you will do 4 push-ups, 10 high knees, and 20 jumps during that minute. If that takes you a full minute then you will get a 10 second break and when the second minute starts you will do those 3 exercises again during that min etc. However, if you get those three exercises done in less than a minute then you get to use whatever time is left in that minute to rest before moving to the next set at the beginning of the next minute. Hope that helps.

Day 3 done. This is the first time I have been able to do 3 consecutive days. My shin splints are not hurting! My job has caused some patella tendonitis but it is not stopping me yet. My jump tricks are coming along as well. I love this kind of work out. Did shallow lunge pulses and did a wall sit in place of squat hold. Still doing wall push-ups as well. Did chin ups on my Total Gym. Not as good as a bar but it's what I can manage at the moment
I've never done a challenge like this. I enjoy seeing everyone excited and Doing The Thing. It is great accountability for me. Also like seeing how you all modify when needed. Have a great day!
