I am considering the using the aminos but I'm not sure why I should use them. Do you all use the aminos? What benefit have you seen? Do you use them everyday or only on days you workout? I'm not trying to be a body builder. Just want to trim and tone. I know I could supplement myself to death. I already take some. How important do you consider these?

I don't wear a hat but I would love a t-shirt. Any chance for that?

Got this during a tough time. Still love it.

2 minutes is a long time! Can't do that yet so we set a goal of always getting first 100 jumps of each set w/o stopping. Got a few. Then always 20 pushup no matter how long it took. Regular bounce doesn't stress my shin splints quite as bad as an alternating type jump so just stayed with that.

I guess I had forgotten a little bit what it was like when I got in shape the first time about 4 years ago. Learning how to listen to my body. Learning to be consistent and get mentally tough. Learning the good hurt from the bad hurt. It's coming back to me. I'm starting from a better place this time but being older it's happening a little slower than I'd like.

I'm still a beginning jumper. I've only been doing this consistently since February.  I honestly thought all the before/after pics couldn't possibly be from only jumprope workouts. But I am beginning to see small changes that make me say hmmm...I might be wrong. Legs are firming up, pecs are firming up, I can tell I'm a bit stronger, and I think I'm starting to lose some inches. It's all small increments but it is happening and that encourages me to go on.

Some workouts leave me on a high and others push me to my limit and make me cry. You guys help me through. I appreciate this community and the encouragement  you give to me and all others. I've learned a lot from you in a short time

Thank you to all of you.

Now, on to Day 6!

Pushed to my limit, sweat dripping, legs giving out, shin splints screaming, tears flowing (yes, I cried🥴)

SN W1D4 done. But it was ugly. Probably because we decided at the last min to do a 5 mile hike yesterday. Which was made worse by the fact that we got on a wrong trail and finished the last 1.5-2 miles on a mountain bike only trail🥴😬.

I almost didn't do the last circuit of today's workout but just couldn't let it go. I will repeat this workout Wednesday since hubby had a tooth filled and didn't feel like jumping with me today. Hopefully it will go better.

Doing MWF because of shin splints. Hope to do more as I progress.

Love the way pecs and shoulders look after 200 push ups🙂
