Just wanted to say hi. I've been on here about a week taking it all in. Been doing the beginner workouts. Every other day. Just been taking it slow and steady. Looks like there is plenty to do. Already have started eating the JRD nutrition system way. That's a help for sure! The intermittent fasting is something new. Lots of info!

Lindsay. I guess I'm a older fellow like you. Did you start off slow and steady in the beginner series? Looks like you have really gotten better over time. I have been doing the beginner challenges every other day. Enjoy your lake time!

I'm beginning too! I've done two workouts so far. One last week and one this week. Taking it slow trying to acclimate into jump rope

I worked out Saturday. Day 3 beginner. Tough workout, at least for me. 😂
