Yep. After one week and two days with JRD90 I had to confess myself I'm not yet in shape to skip every day for about 30 min, even with breaks. I know it's not easy even if I was in better shape.
Luckily I noticed those 5-20 minute workouts. So, time to start building from there.

So first five sessions behind and the biggest difference I think, is that skipping feels a bit easier. I don't tangle so much in my rope like on monday.

Legs a bit sore from yesterday. But, accomplished 2 rounds. It took longer because my 11yo wanted to join. He is practising to jump rope and did already 5 jumps in row in his 3rd session! Maybe I should get another rope for my training company :D.

Hi everyone!
Dudette from Finland here starting to get fit again. Been a horrible year. 8 months ago my husband died of cancer and i've been in a very dark place since.
Slowly light creeps through the cracks and today I started JDR90! I don't remember last time I've felt this great. I thought I can't do normal push-ups but I did 4!
Waiting for the next exersice with enthusiasm. Tomorrow is time for one-day vacay trip so can't do it tomorrow. But on Wed it is gonna be awesome!
