Week 1, Day 4 complete. 1057 jumps. Top speed 192 jpm. Only 3 body weight pull ups WITH thin band. Spent rest of time hanging. 😂😂😂

Excited to do this tomorrow. Just jump rope!! Love it!!! Looking ahead to see if I needed a pull up bar again so I could head somewhere with a bar. 🤣🤣

Which one has more jump rope? I usually jump for 30 mins on a no time day, and 45 minutes when going as planned. Just started JRD Max and it had 15 minutes of awesome jump rope for Day 1, but I may need to jump again this afternoon. I only did 1700+ jumps and like to do a minimum of 2500 per day, ideally 5000.

You’ll love them. I’ve had them since they came out and my speed on all four weighted ropes has improved crazily. There’s nothing harder than trying to best yourself!

Also tried to attach workout stats from my AMP handles. Wouldn’t let me.

Nothing at home to do push-ups on. Tried dining room table inverted, outdoor setting furniture. Nothing high or strong enough. 1756 jumps, 55 push-ups on toes. But zero pull ups.
