Getting into a routine is definitely the secret sauce!

Here in QLD Australia we do love our sheds, and in my case I’ve converted half of mine into a gym. My wife has her Pilates reformer bed in there, and we also have a treadmill. I’ve got my pull up rack and a bench press station, and I’ve also got gymnastic rings, which hang from the rafters. Then if course I have a section dedicated to jumping rope. The tv and Apple TV setup are the latest additions, and I must say it’s awesome to be able to see everything on a big screen instead of my phone.

Ah ok. Yeah, the Apple Watch doesn't do that (as far as I know).

Ok, so I did my first 4K with my shiny new Amp handles. As I predicted, I'm way slower than I thought. But that's ok, as long as I #DOTHETHING, right?

Yeah, I did that last week, and it worked well, but there's no way of telling how many skips I actually did. I know I'm not as fast as you, Dan, so I probably didn't quite hit the target.

What tracker is that, Aletta?

Thanks Shameaka. I must be really dumb because I’ve never been able to figure out how to cast from my phone to a TV.

It’s 5:45am here in Brisbane, and I’m about 15 minutes away from smashing out M2W2D3 of the Dumbbell + Jump Rope program. Feeling really motivated this morning! Wherever you are in the world, hope you have (or had) an amazing day!

I have a Crossrope mat, which came with a strap but no bag. My rope does have a bag though. I generally don’t need to transport either, though, as I do all my workouts from home.

Dan Witmer can we expect a dedicated pull-ups + jump rope program any time soon? 🙏🤞🙄
