Just got reaccessed to the JRD programs I used to do more of during 2020! Realized I was spending way too much time at the gym and needed to get back to an intense training but in a shorter period of time to focus on other aspects of life. First workout back and deciding to go for swole samurai since thereโs videos on here now ๐ฎโ๐จ(back in the day it was just a pdf). That push-up max and 20 on 10 second off wrecked me but Iโm excited to see where this goes! Love this app and love seeing some familiar faces still at it in this group!
