Traveling for work this weekend but the beauty of these workouts is all you need are your ropes, yourself, maybe a pull up bar, and 10-30 minutes! Even a little something is better than nothing! Do the thaaang

Just got reaccessed to the JRD programs I used to do more of during 2020! Realized I was spending way too much time at the gym and needed to get back to an intense training but in a shorter period of time to focus on other aspects of life. First workout back and deciding to go for swole samurai since thereโ€™s videos on here now ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ(back in the day it was just a pdf). That push-up max and 20 on 10 second off wrecked me but Iโ€™m excited to see where this goes! Love this app and love seeing some familiar faces still at it in this group!
