Spent the last couple of days recovering from a freak injury: a couple of callouses on my right foot popped. Been limping a good bit the last couple of days but today felt good enough to get back on it.

That 1LB really adds incredible intensity to any workout.
Threw on a weighted vest and will grab a mile as a cool down.

Couldn’t get the JRD WOD yesterday due to a torrential downpour
Today featured more of the same but I caught a window of opportunity where the rain lightened up for a 44 minute window. That was enough for me to attack but boy did I cut it close 😅

Just wrapped up the Daily Workout for the day.
I lost 5.2 pounds during the Summer Shred challenge, no better way to keep that going than to keep doing the thing!
Hope all of you kill it this week with whatever it is you plan on doing 🤘🏽

Didn’t Greg Doucette say you couldn’t burn 400 calories with 30 or so minutes of jump rope? Maybe he needs to #DoTheThing and find out for himself haha 😆
