When depression hits, hit harder. Even if it's 10 seconds it's better than nothing. It's better than lying around and accumulating pain. I had a traumatic experience in March and doing the thing is what kept me out of the "pit". Here I added some traditional drills to the Shredded Ninja Program week 7.

Due to work-related traveling and just sheer laziness I skipped two weeks after JRD M1 ROUND 3. Now I am picking up from where I left off. Sometimes I allow these gaps to remember how it feels to wake up with back pain or to experience brain fog because I am not getting enough exercise etc. Exercise is key to a vital existence.

A.I. says this about dumbbells plus jumping rope:
Me:Can lifting dumbbells and jumping rope make me fit?
Bot:Absolutely! Lifting dumbbells and jumping rope are both excellent exercises that can contribute significantly to your overall fitness:
\### \\Lifting Dumbbells\\
\- \\Strength Building\\: Dumbbell exercises help build muscle strength and endurance. They target various muscle groups, including arms, shoulders, chest, back, and legs.
\- \\Bone Health\\: Weight-bearing exercises like lifting dumbbells can improve bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis.
\- \\Metabolism Boost\\: Building muscle mass increases your resting metabolic rate, helping you burn more calories even when you're not exercising.
\### \\Jumping Rope\\
\- \\Cardiovascular Fitness\\: Jumping rope is a fantastic cardio workout that improves heart health and increases stamina.
\- \\Coordination and Balance\\: This exercise enhances coordination, balance, and agility.
\- \\Calorie Burning\\: It's an efficient way to burn calories and can aid in weight loss when combined with a healthy diet.
\### \\Combining Both\\
\- \\Full-Body Workout\\: Together, these exercises provide a comprehensive workout that targets both strength and cardiovascular fitness.
\- \\Variety and Fun\\: Mixing different types of exercises keeps your routine interesting and can prevent workout boredom.
By incorporating both dumbbell exercises and jumping rope into your fitness routine, you're working towards a balanced and effective workout regimen. Keep up the great work, and you'll continue to see positive results!

JRDDB M3W4D4: DOWN. 1 more day to finish round 2. After this will do mostly dumbbells for a few weeks to build mass and physique...maybe 5-10 mins cardio added in. I am aiming for a Kirk Douglas body (Spartacus era).
