After 2 days down due to a stubbed toe, I knocked out round 2 db m2w2d2+d3 in 1 session. Feeling triumphant so I am giving free, sweaty virtual hugs to everybody! Keep doing the thing, guys! The only other option is "couch potato-hood" which is not fun at all.

Usually hate posh restuarants but ya boy decided to indulge before doing the thing today: db m2w1d4 and m2w1d5 in one day. I added a dumbbell workout to day m2w1d2 and was ultra sore after d3 so I rested last night. I feel guilty but the body was like: dude ya gotta be kiddin'!

Dyed the hair deep red to mark my ascent to m2 round 2 in the db program. Methinks it it is either a mid-life crisis or simply the jrd effect haha. Feeling more alive than ever,baby!

Repeated round 2 db m1w4 since I lost 2 days due to my muscle spasm...ready for w2 round 2. Planning to make the db program my default workout year round.

Alleluia! 1 day of solid rest and I was able to restart from round 2 jrd db m1w4d1 to make up for any lost time...was sure gently stretch the lower back this time before lifting...thanks JRD Community for the support!

Lower back muscle spasmed after moving my motorcycle into the garage: sucks because I must skip a workout, now. Ugh...I vow to stretch daily from here on out...

Recovery day after finishing round 2 jrdm1w3d5...I used to do gymnastics as a former pretty boy and try my best to maintain flexibility into my late 40s.
