Taking a rest day after attacking m2w2d5...ready for round 3 though my shins are feeling a bit tender...

Took a lot of motivation after a busy day, but once that rope started rotating it was game on at 10pm. M2W2D3 down. Must be adjusting because although I panted and sweat bullets, I felt more in sync and resilient versus last month when I worried I would faint...We are in this together JRD.

M2w2 commences! Try not to laugh at my 90s get-up and muffin top lol... Gen X to the grave, baby! How many remember this song and movie? JRD reawakens the "Vision Quest" in me...thx Dan the Man!

M2W1 down! Gradually shedding off the old me! Even my wife is beginning to notice and appreciate it ;-). I seriously think Dan has the power of bilocation: just as I felt like throwing in the towel at month 2 day 5 during the 45 min jump rope sets...waiting for the beeps, I heard him say,"Don't overthink it!"
There's something up with JRD and I love it!

Anybody else doing the thing after hours because that's the only time you got after the young 'uns hit the hay? Tell ya what, nothing beats crashing after a good workout. Week 3 Day 4: done.
