Just started week 1 today (October 6). Omg, I couldn’t do more than 5 pushups at a time, sometimes 3. So, my goal

Is to get to 8! I’m using a ropeless rope with amp handles on my rebounder. I have a very bad right knee that I cannot jump on floors. This challenge is going to kick my butt, in the best way possible. Looking forward to day 2 tomorrow.

I’ll also add, because I am a beginner jumper, a program that is longer than a week for beginners.

I am currently a member of another fitness group (more Pilates based), and what I love about their platform is that they have live workouts daily, they also have programs to choose from, and they have a weekly program where all of the workouts for the week are there for you to just press and go. They vary based on upper and lower body workouts. They have strength training and cardio. It’s really a great platform. The live workouts (via zoom) allow for the trainers to interact with participants, checking form etc.

I was also part of another group, many years ago, that had weekly menu plans, which included grocery lists and recipes each week, so it was just a matter of following the plan for the week. They also had all of the workouts laid out for you to just press and go.

When is it being released? Can’t wait!

Yes! An academy type program would be awesome!

rebounding is the best!! I rebound while juimping with ropeless ropes!

I love your idea of bringing in other programs to supplement!! How about Pilates/calisthenics? Strength training for sure! Yoga!! Love it all!!

I guess my question is around how many people say that high intensity cardio training is not good for women over 40. What has your experience been with weight loss and using jump ropes?
