Month 2, Week 4, Workout 5 Complete. On to Month 3 πŸ’ͺ🏽🏁

1. I had been slacking off on my strength training, thinking that jump rope was enough, and it started to show. Gained back almost half of the 30lbs I lost during the pandemic.

2. I’m still in it (just completed Week 2 of Month 2). The consistency in showing up 5 days a week was always tough for me. This program forces you to stay consistent because you don’t want to get behind. I also like the variety of the workouts. It is pretty hard to get bored and by the time you really get used to it, you are on to the next Month of workouts.

Just completed Week 2 of Month 1. I was able to complete all of the workouts in the morning before work, which is huge for me.
