I truly enjoyed the challenge. Looking forward to September's. I like the idea of a live class once in a while. Actually looked to see if there were any jumping classes around, no luck. I'm not sure how live coaching works but would definitely participate. I mentioned before I tried the dumbbell program but I didn't like doing the same workouts over and over again. I'm new to the jrd community and still learning what's available and what I like. I appreciate you asking for feedback and willing to make it work for everyone.

Thank you! I like the kb idea. I like programs with different workouts everyday. Although I understand how hard that can be to program.

Week 1 was more mental for me. As the weeks went on, even my typical Wednesday slump went away. I started doing 10 push ups, and now I can 12-14 at a time. I loved group fitness but don't go anymore so the community part of this really made a difference for me and for my ability to make it through. This was an amazing experience.

W4d3!!!! Sorry

I love the desire I have now to do the workouts! I've mentioned motivation is hard for me but I'm super pumped to have made it to week 4. My family is also on board and supportive. I hear things like "will this get in the way of your workout?" My husband has started jumping now, too! Your challenge has def changed workout journey, thank you!

Feel good! No change on the scale but I'm looking to tone up so I may add dumbbells to some of the bodyweight movements. Hoping to keep the motivation going after this challenge!

Biggest success was getting all five days in and not dying 🤣

Biggest struggle was the abs on day 1. That soreness and bruise stayed with me all week!
